Makeup of the Day | Urban Decay Vice 2 Palette

The Urban Decay Vice 2 Palette has become a staple of mine. I’ve found so many ways to wear the colors from day to night.

Here’s my makeup look of the day:

Here’s everything I used to achieve it (mascara and eyeliners are missing from photo but are listed below):

What do you think of the Vice 2 Palette?

FIRST IMPRESSIONS | Urban Decay Vice 2 Palette

Urban Decay’s Vice2 Palette… all I can really say is HOLY PIGMENT! This was my first Urban Decay palette and honestly, I never understood what the hype was about until I swatched it.

Check out my first impression / swatches here:

Overall, the plastic packaging looks somewhat tacky but it is definitely sturdy and could withstand travel. The eye shadow colors themselves are incredibly pigmented and varied enough that you could wear this palette from day to night.

Here are two looks I’ve worn recently using only the Vice 2 Palette.

Even though the palette is a bit pricey, you get 20 eyeshadows so it comes out to about $3 each. Not bad. Overall I’d definitely recommend this palette if you aren’t afraid to go beyond neutrals.

Do you have the Vice 2 palette? What did you think of it?
